Nearly all activities involve physical movements. For safety, please wear comfortable clothing and footwear that allow for easy movement. There are different attire requirements of specific experiences, e.g. grip socks are requested for Ninja Mission: Break In and SONIC Stadium Kidz, shoes have to be removed and wearing socks for Valo Jump, etc.

Photography is allowed. However, we strictly prohibit any filming that may disturb other guests or is intended for commercial use. Examples of prohibited actions: Taking selfies with filming equipment while using the facilities. Filming that captures other guests or obstructs passage.

To ensure a safe experience within the facility, we kindly ask you to refrain from using filming accessories such as selfie sticks and tripods. Examples of prohibited actions: Bringing selfie sticks or tripods into the experience area for filming, as well as having companions enter for filming purposes.

Yes, access to Arena Carpark, drive along Shing Kai Road and turn left to enter the carpark located on B/F of Kai Tak Mall 2. Go to Zone A and take the elevator from B/F to 1/F ticketing office.

No, a child aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket. Some experiences have specific height requirements as well. One adult aged 18 or above can only accompany a maximum of two children aged 4 - 11 or one child aged 3 or below.

· Opening is delayed for approximately two and a half hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is maintained until 3pm, JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG (JPS) will be closed for the day.

· JPS will stop guest entrance three hours before the Hong Kong Observatory has announced hoisting Typhoon Signal #8 and will resume in two and a half hours after it has been lowered. If the signal is maintained until 3pm, it will be closed for the whole day.
